Wanted to get some input from you guys about this recipe I'm about to make. I wanted to find something light, but not too hoppy in order to try and make good use of sugar cane syrup, found locally here in louisiana. It's a lot like honey, but stronger flavors. Not quite as thick as molasses. Anyway, I know this recipe is off the wall.. just wondering if anyone thinks something is glaringly awful and wrong.
I have no idea what category this would fit in. Maybe specialty beer or american wheat?
