I do a little part time catering and have been very impressed with how well the Carlisle Cateraide line holds heat. It seems a perfect fit for a MLT that won't loose much temp over an hour or 90 minute mash.
The faucet looks like an easy conversion to a ball valve or use direct with a CPVC, copper, or s/s braid for a manifold.
Has anyone converted one?
