Are these psi's recommended by the calculator what the psi should be set at for the "set and forget" method of carbonation? How long do you usually have to keep it at this pressure before its ready to drink? Also should this be the serving psi as well? Thanks.

Yes, that's the pressure you should leave it at using "set and forget" or after any other sort of carbonating if you want it to stay at the proper carb level.

Usually around 2 weeks.
