Force carbed 29psi @ 41degf

This is the second weizen that i havent been able to dispense. I have the regulator at 29psi, and have approx. 13ft of 3/16ID line to slow it down before coming out of the tap. I still get at least a glass of foam before it starts to pour right. and it tastes kind of flat. not horrible but not the level of carbonation it should have. Could the barbed fitting i have connecting the stock kegerator line to my additional line be knocking CO2 out of the beer? I just dont know whats wrong. Are there any tips you have for dispensing high carbonation beers?

At 29 psi with 13' of line, I believe it is pouring way too fast. You will also be caught up with excessive foaming on the first few ounces of the pour due to some foam in the lines from the start. Pouring through foam creates a lot more foam in the glass.
