Well guys,
My California Style Imperial Ale has fermented in the primary for 28 days and is bottled and conditioning for the next 14 days. I tasted it and it is a little bitter because i did a full boil and did not cut back on the columbus hops other then that this is a great tasting beer. Thanks for all your help. I will always do full boils from now on and also do late addition brewing.
