I just brewed an IPA last night that yielded six gallons. This morning I checked on it and the bubbles from the wort are getting really high up into the neck of the carboy. I come back a few hours later and i can see that the water in the airlock is kinda cloudy with some flecks of fermentables in it.
Do i need to rack some beer off so that its not this close to the top? or is this fine. Will I get an infection?
