Is there a difference? Based on some googling and comparisons, I would think not really....US vs Germany.

Anyone have experience otherwise? Got some Briess Caramel Rye from NHC, but my previous recipes all used Weyermen CaraRye.

Haven't used them, but I'm sure they are interchangeable in recipes. I took a quick look at the Weyerman description and its a true caramel malt. I use a lot of Briess malts (they are a relatively local maltster for me), good malts.
