Just started brewing in December 2010 and wanted to say what a great place this site has been.
My health has failed these last couple years so I am retired now I guess, and I had to look for something to keep me busy that was not to physically demanding.
I was always interested in brewing apple ciders but just never had the time or knowhow to do it and now I do
I Have brewed an applegraff that just keeps getting better every time I open a bottle and have an Apfelwein that I am waiting to bottle.
Just brewed my second batch of Graff tonight and an Apple cyser also.
It was much easier compared to first batch now that I am getting the hang of stuff.
Anyways thanks to all the people here that have posted such great recipes and knowhow.
And I will be donating to the site soon as I can
