Brewing then waiting to add yeast?

So tonight is the only night I have time to commit to a brew, and I am
Waiting on my order from Midwest to arrive. I am brewing a lambic, and have the yeast pack from wyeast. But was out of dry malt extract to do a starter. I have the dry malt on its way. Would it be an issue to brew tonight, put in my primary and seal like normal with my airlock until I can put the yeast in? Should be at the latest Friday or Saturday till I can add the yeast.

I've done that for 4-5 days with no problem. Remember to aerate before pitching.
