Though I'm new to the forum I have been happy to call myself a home brewer since 2004. In the interim I got a degree in Chemical Engineering and lived in Bavaria for a year and a half. Both of those experiences have only made me want to spend more of my time brewing, learning the science, and mastering the craft!
