Okay I made the all time bonehead brewing blunder today. Turned my high gravity wit beer into a triple by forgetting to add my orange peel and coriander at the end of the boil. Should turn out to be a great beer anyway but I am super disappointed with myself.

Curios to hear others "brewing blunders" to improve my self esteem.

Thanks guys, never thought of throwing it in afterwards. I will do that!

I built a brew sculpture. I had my mash tun a little too close while I was heating water. I melted the entire side of it and half the lid. When I went to grab it, my hand sunk into the plastic. I still use it, but it's a little wavy on one side and has my handprint in it. :D
