Hi everybody! My name is Jordan and I live just outside of Austin TX. I've brewed with a home brewer friend up in Waco a few times, and was waiting for the money to start up on my own. A great Craigslist deal came up, and now my first beer, a Belgian Wit from an AHS mini mash kit, has been happily bubbling away for a few days now. A milk stout and Texas bock are on the near horizon.

I live out east in Manor. Are the Zealots the AHS brewer's club? If so, I bought my setup from a Zealot.

Its the local Austin brew club yes. austinzealots.com We have a meeting coming up next Saturday afternoon/evening at the Gingerman downtown. Its a really laid back group of folks full of good information. Mostly just a good excuse to get out and drink others brews and learn how to improve your own. No dues, no pressure, very unofficial. Hope to see you there.
