my girlfriend gave me a great idea for my brewery name...Küchenchef Brewery, what do you guys think?

Küchenchef means cook in german. I was born in germany, and I love to cook, so it fits.

Küchenchef is the head of the kitchen ... like the god chef
Don't offend Küchenchefs by saying they are just cooks
