i was thinking about concocting a brew to use up some leftover grains and hops. here's what i have:
UK roasted barley: 15.6oz
British mild malt: 8.1oz
Barley flakes: 12oz
Chocolate malt: 5.4oz
CaraMunich: 8.3oz
Pilsner malt: 2.1oz
Wheat malt: 1lb 2oz
Hallertau: .5oz
Northern brewer: .5oz
Bramling: .75oz
I'd like to use as much of this stuff as I can. Any suggestions on quantities, base malt, or yeast?
thanks!
