I'm building up a starter for an all Brett Beer using Brett B Trois. It was started on Saturday and is currently residing on a stir plate. I've decided I will build it up twice over the next 2 weeks and pitch it.

My questions is this:

Should I just pitch the whole quantity of the starter, which could be around a half gallon +, or should I settle it out for a few days, decant and then pitch?

Would you all recommend a cold crash in the fridge for a few days before pitching?

And lastly, if it is recommended I cold crash and then decant a bit, the day of pitching, I should let the starter warm to room temp before pitching, correct?

If your starter has fully fermented, crash and decant. After you decant, bring your slurry to pitching temp.
