Bottling Apfelwein (i know another thread)

Hi All,
I know there are a ton of threads on this already but I could not find an answer to this specific question although I admittedly did not search all 10,000 threads on this subject

Anyway, I am bottling my first batch of Apfelwein this weekend. I want to carb just a couple of bottles to see if I like it carbed, which I dont think i will.

If I use some carb drops/tabs (which I have never used) will that be enough/too much for apfelwein? The directions are geared towards beer so I am not sure if the number of drops would be different for apfelwein.

Also, I am assuming a flip top bottle will be able to handle the carbonation, right?

Should be fine. I carbonate mine at the same pressure I do my beers. I actually like it better carbonated.
