Go to Office Max and get the Avery 1" circles.

They give you a link where you can download their templates and it loads into Word and gives you a button for the templates on your toolbar.

They only give you 4 lines with small type. They come in colors also. ;)

I use them.
 
I just use a sharpie, and sometimes use different colored round labels.

For special parties, I will make labels and use a glue stick to put on the bottles..

This is where my hombebrewing becomes a family event.

I love creating lables in Photoshop, but never apply them to the bottles. Once I'm done bottling, my 2 girls sticker the caps with different stickers for each batch: Round stickers, star stickers, fish stickers, bug stickers.

They love helping and I get to remember what's what.
