hey everyone, I have some cider that has been in carboy for almost 6 months now its cleared beautifully now my question is when i rack it to my bottling bucket and at my priming sugar will there be enough yeast to bottle carb? my basement is sitting at about 19c . i know ideally needs to be 22-24 . Thoughts?

6 months is quite awhile, but it should still have enough yeast. I've had stuff sitting for prey close to that without carving problems.

It may and it may not. I've had the same concern. I read to rehydrate some Ec1118 and pour it into the bottling bucket along with sugar.
