The only one I have is How to Brew. I have had great results thus far, for what it's worth. I am only on my 5th batch, but it seems to be appropriate for my skill level.

x2. I've always been one to believe that you don't truly understand something unless you can explain it to someone and have it make sense to them; Palmer's book has allowed me to do that and I've only read 5 chapters.
