Hey guys, I am brewing on a tight schedule and only have a 5gallon boil kettle. I normally do a partial mash so I'm planning about 7 lbs of pilsner malt at 151F for an hour. I need 10 gallons for a party in 2 weeks. Does anyone have a bohemian pilsner recipe for 10 gallons that I could use?
