I found this recipe and decided to tweak it a little. I just wanted to use ingredients I already have in my kitchen. Here is what I came up with. What do you think??? Opinions and advice whould be cool!
Blackstrap Stout
Ingredients:
3.5lbs. Dark malt extract syrup
3.5lbs. Light malt extract syrup
1 lb. Chocolate malt
1/2 Black Patent malt
1/2 Roasted malt
1/2 lb. Crystal malt
1/2 lb. Flaked barley
1 cup Blackstrap molasses
1/2 stick brewers licorice
2 ounces Northern Brewer hops (bittering)
1 ounce Fuggles hops (finish)
1 ounce Fuggles hops (dryhop secondary)
Whitelabs Irish Stout yeast
