Decided to try my hand at a new wine today (for me at least).

It is a white grape with peach. Here is what I did.

7 cans Welch's white grape concentrate
2 gallons water
1/4 tsp tannin
1.5 tsp acid blend to get about .44% tartaric
sugar to get SG 1.11 (approx 14.5 ABV%)
1.5 oz Peach liquid flavoring (from Northern Brewer)
1 tbsp yeast nutrient

Lalvin K1-V1116 yeast

Tasted really good and peachy to start. I hope it is this good when it finishes.

Good luck that was what i was gonna start yesterday but i couldnt find it at any stores i guess everybody is making it your holiday drinks or something anyways i picked up 3 gal musselmans apple cider and its already got alittle activity...keep in touch let me know what you think when its done. Those welchs are like $2.68 right now(extemely high) for some reason

There is a Kroger brand of 1/2 gallon white-grape juice that was $3.09 last time I bought it. Welch's was like $5.49 or something for 1/2 gallon. The liquid is way better then the frozen concentrate.
