I just brewed a 10gal batch of my signature Pale on my 42nd. I used two different fermenters, two different yeasts.

A barleywine sounds like a good idea! I was thinking maybe a traditional berliner weisse, or a smoked black saison. But I am open to more suggestions! So far a barleywine sounds fun! Thanks for the birthday wish Maddbaggins!
