...the opening at the top is larger than the glass type. I didn't realize this and failed to order a bigger stopper. I really want to transfer my beer to secondary today (my other secondary is in use), so I took my rubber "cap" that I normally use on my glass fermenter for blow-offs and stuck it in some really hot water and let it sit for a few minutes. When I took it out, I was able to stretch it over the better bottle's opening, and I'll let it there to cool so it stays in that shape.

Nothing comes between me and my brewing process. :D
 
I use carboy caps. They stay on better when the mouth is wet. I use a solid #10 to slosh starsan around to sanitize it though.
