Perhaps he had a couple of phones auto dialing? I thought the headline fit the narrative of the thread, lol. I'm not sure how they would of even counted.

Edit: Here a a few other sources of the same story. This one says "hundreds of times over 8 days" but has an unspecified timeline for the 24,000.
