I made a really simple Belgian blonde (Based off of NB's recipe, but different hops). I pitched on a WLP530 slurry, and it finished at 1.005. It ended up being over 7%, and you can definitely taste the alcohol. Fermented around 65-67. For some silly reason I put it in the kegerator last night, and it was only two weeks old (I know I probably should have left it alone)
My question, will I see any improvement aging it if I take it back out the kegerator?
