So, I wanted to use german malts in my Heffe that I am brewing this weekend... BUT my LHBS has been having a tough time with suppliers coming through on alot of items, not just ingredients. They say some large malt supplier in Germany closed its doors recently? Anyhow, everything is replaced with Belgian grains... Pilsner and Wheat, 1.5-1.8 in color. I am using WLP300... shoudl this be OK...? Now, dont jump down my throat about "style" points, I dont care, I care about flavor... thanks!
