Hi!
I'd like to brew something similar to brasserie de la senne beers: golden and dry beers, where yeast and hops counterbalance each other and very ease to drink.
I don't want to clone a particular beer. It is the idea that is important to me.
I'd like to know what do you think about my recipe. Would you drop or increase hop quantities? What do you think about grain bill? Any other input/suggestion is appreciated.

5 gallon batch
Og 1058 ibu 50

78% belgian pils malt
15%flaked wheat
7% vienna malt

Saaz hops to reach 50 ibu
.5oz marynka 10 min
.5oz challenger 10min
.5oz marynka 0 min (hopstand)
.5oz challenger 0min (hopstand)

Wyeast 3522

Thank you for any input and critiques

I know De Ranke XX bitter is a delicious beer. I think they just use Hallertau for aroma.

I'd start with that grain bill.

I have no experience with either Marynka or Challenger so I have no idea how strong their flavors are... And there is no quantitative method for predicting hop flavor.
