Have a co-worker that loves Double Espresso, Raspberry, Moca Lattie.
Was looking at possibly a Coco Raspberry Stout with Espresso at priming time
Something like make stout and after Primary fermentation (7-10days) add coco and raspberry and ferment for 2 weeks before rack to secondary for a week or two, then batch prime with around 16 shots of espresso (cooled) for 8 weeks bottle conditioning
Thoughts?
