I really enjoy a bold chili, with lots of beans, meat (including bacon), corn, and peppers. Some may think that its too much (you throw in the kitchen sink and you get the kitchen sink), but I like it.
This year i want to can up some chili to make an easy lunch. I want to make as much as I can myself, homegrown vegetables, possibly homemade seasoning, and most of all homemade beer.
What do you guys suggest for a recipe? Ive used a whole hog imperial stout in the past with great success. I want to use a Porter possibly with smoke, oak, or a little of both.
