Pretty simple! I'm a beer brewer and have been for about 6 years now. I'm looking for a great how to book on wine making that a beer brewer can pick up and load the knowledge as if it were made for a home brewer's brain.

Looking forward to enjoying wine!

There is no one great book because wine making is as much an art as it is a science but Pambianchi's book on wine making teaches you the science that undergirds wine making. His work is sound and he is a professional wine maker. Most other trade books are based on myths and pseudo-science or are based on the writer's own very unique experience in wine making which may or may not be idiosyncratic.

If you are interested in making meads you might check out Ken Schramm's The Compleat Meadmaker.
