Hi
I've had a recipe from Brewing Classic Styles in my fermenter . It The Nutcracker and I'm about to bottle it . Jamils recipe calls for carbonation value of 1 to 1.5 which according to the carbonation graph means 56 grams to the whole 20l batch.
Does this sound right ? Seems way low . This is my second allgrain brew and my forth overall . My only experience so far has been with carbonation drops .

Cheers

I'm not familiar with nutcracker, but from the recommended carbonation level it sounds like an English style. 1 to 1.5 volumes of CO2 is flat to low. Traditional for some English beers.

You can carb to any volume that you enjoy.
