I haven't bought any Bass ale for a while, but picked some up recently.
Reading the label, I see the domestic stuff is brewed in New Hampshire now.

It was tasty, but different than I remembered from before.
Does anyone know how long they have been making it over here?

2011 was when they started at Baldwinsville, New York

The cask bass in the UK is brewed under contract at Marstons and I think their canned bass somewhere else.

It's a different recipe to the US one I think. Still an ok drop from cask

Another ABInBev Brew. No, its not like it used to be, like a lot of things.
Another reason to brew your own.
Its unlikely the US version is using UK malts, hops or the original yeast.
Reportedly the original version used challenger and north down hops, recent clone recipes call for northern brewer hops.

And a recipe in this HBT thread calls for Northern Brewer and Cascade:

The one I have is

Bass Draught
Pale Malt 85%
Maltose syrup 10%
Extra dark Crystal (340 ebc) 5%

Challenger bitter, Northdown flavour

No idea what is closest :)
