I'm putting together a brew to use up some ingredients and it seems I have what I need for a basic bitter. Any thoughts/comments on my recipe?

5.5# 2 row
1# munich 10L
.75# British c80

EKG at 60 min for about 25 IBU
EKG at 10 min for about 7.5 IBU

Mash at 154
S-04 yeast

OG 1.037
FG 1.010
IBU 32.5

5 gallon batch. If I had Maris otter in stock I would use it, but like I said this is a brew to use up some stray ingredients.

This will make a good tasting beer. I just wouldn't call it a British bitter if you're using american 2 row and german munich malt.

You're IBU's are also a bit high if you're making an ordinary bitter. They are generally malt-forward. Anyway, have fun with it.
