Started extract brewing about 12 years ago. Took a 5 year break, however, which ended about 2 months ago. Started back with one last extract. Two AG brews under my belt since -- 2nd in primary, first is . . . well let's just say my neighbor and I really ejoyed it.

Working on my efficiency. After careful research, my guess it that I didn't properly combat doughballs. Now that i think I know what my issue is, I'm chomping at the bit to start the third AG. I don't like to lose.

Keep at it man. I have 4 AG batches under my belt and I can say it gets easier every time. As far as dough balls, I just stir really well and don't have any problems.

Yeah. Was just ignorance. I'll cut myself slack there. But now that I know, repeating would be sheer stupidity.
