Apple juice kombucha question

Hello everyone!

I have a question. Perhaps someone understands better than me.
I decided to try to make kombucha from apple juice (I read the recipe in the Noma fermentation book). I haven't made it out of juice before.
After 4 days, the kombucha began to foam strongly. This usually doesn't happen with tea.
Do you think it's normal? Or should the drink be poured out?
I tried it yesterday, the taste was normal.
