Has anyone made both Apfelwein and Graham's English ciders? Wondering how they differ. Was going to try apfelwein again and leave in the primary three months as the batch I bottled at six weeks was way too dry for me. Not sure if bottle conditioning will improve it over time. Otherwise, I'm interested in something a bit sweeter.
