Anyone want to build me a recipe Pt. 2

Well, I've got a ton of extra grains and supplies laying around, so how about a few more recipes? I have empty 1 gallon jugs and a 7 gallon bucket and will have a 6 gallon glass open shortly.

Here is my current list:

2# Pale Ale Malt
8oz Smoked Malt
10oz CaraAmber
8oz CaraPils
1# CaraMunich I
8oz Crystal Rye
2oz Cherrywood Smoked Malt
8oz Honey Malt
10oz Chocolate Malt

1# Pilsen DME
Honey
Maple syrup

1/4# Centennial Hops
1 oz Liberty hops
1oz Sterling hops
1/4oz Cascade hops
1/2oz Hallertau
1/2 oz Saaz
1/2oz Kent Goldings

Various spices, rolled oats, maple extract, oak chips, hibiscus, etc.

Any ideas? Throw them at me. Last time I did this, I ended up with a couple killer recipes.

From only that? You only have like 3.5 lbs of base malt, that isnt going to fill a bucket.
