Anyone Tried Making these?

So i found this link a while back. actually the wife found it on pinterest. SO i am saving my good, decorative bottles, like Stone Brewery etc so i can create my own. ANy one tried it? I was thinking of making some, gifting them to friends or even selling a few on ebay, i dont know.

Yup but it never worked well for me so I bought a $20 glass cutter on amazon. Far less cumbersome and I can keep my eyebrows.
