If you like IPA and haven't had this beer yet you are missing out. It is amazing. The brewery is kind enough to give some pretty specific hints(below). Has anyone had success with a clone?

From the company's website:

"Appearance:
Cloudy golden orange, moderate carbonation.

Aroma:
Pine, Grapefruit, & Citrus

Flavor:
Medium body with intense hop flavor & aroma

Ingredients:

Hops: Cascade, Centenntial, Chinook, & Falconer's Flight

Malts: American 2-Row, Caramel 40L, Caramel 60L, Caramel 80L"

and

"Intense hop aroma and flavor combined with big malt.

AVAILABILITY – March & April

* 4 packs, ½ BBL and 1/6 BBL Kegs

Big juicy American hops burst from this unfiltered deep amber ale. The caramel sweetness takes a backseat only to the abundance of citrusy, piney flavors and aromas. Dominated by Cascade, Centennial, Chinook and Falconer's Flight hops, our double IPA has been dry-hopped for over a month.

That recipe changes yearly...they don't keep the website up to date for whatever reason. This year it definitely had Citra, whereas last year it was centennial heavy. If I were brewing it, I'd do....

14 lb 2-row
.5 lb c-40
.5 lb c-60
.5 lb c-80

.5 oz chinook 60 min
.5 oz centennial 60 min
1 oz centennial 10 min
1 oz cascade 10 min
1 oz chinook 2 min
1 oz centennial 2 min
1 oz cascade 2 min
dry hop with centennial, cascade, FF or Citra for 2 weeks.
I brewed something very similar to Full throttle in February. It was great.

Oops I plugged everything in to some software, it should be 1 oz of centennial and 1 oz chinook at 60. Sorry.
