I've been reading the forums a bit and have finally taken the leap into this new hobby, which may end up as my new addiction. I took advantage of morebeer's "deal of the day" on their premium home brew starter set a few days ago which arrived 2 days after order. Great service from them! Looking to pick up a burner this afternoon at a local home brew store. Depending on how things end up this weekend, it may be a labor day of beer brewing. This forum has already provided a wealth of knowledge and i look forward to ongoing conversations with everyone.
I am also reading Jim Palmer's "How to Brew", currently on the Yeast chapter.
