Angle grinder for cutting and buffing keggles?

I want to make some nice shiny keggles following Bobby's instructions, but I don't have an angle grinder. Would this or this do the job?

If you dont stand back in clear distance, you need to watch for fumbling over the cord. Be careful either way.
