I am big fan of Anderson Valley beers. They are all very malt forward and seems to have a nice balance of sweetness . I have tried to find what yeast they use with no luck.
I tried to ask Tuan The BEER GUY at a festival. I believe he told me they use the Whitbread yeast. But it was late in the beer festival when I asked. Would this yeast make sense? And is Wyeast the only one with this yeast?

I guess they could use different yeast for some of their beers but I am the most interested in what you think they use for:

Summer Solstice

Boont Amber Ale

Oatmeal Stout

Whitbread English Ale is S-04, is WLP007. WLP004 is Irish Ale Yeast.

I don't see anywhere on that site that says they use WLP004 for anything.

Yeah that makes much more sense. I guess from being from San Diego I think all yeast is White Labs.

Thanks
