An Interesting Article on Spent Grains

I haven't posted here in awhile but I came across this. I thought you guys might like this.

Personally I don't agree. I know this is a common practice and is 100% sustainable. Not sure why a government that supports protecting the environment would pass this type of regulation. Well, I guess they do like their regulation as well.
