I'm about to build a e-biab rig and haven't found much infoon how much of each type of wire to get for the panel. I've only found the 'get more than you think' comment. For reference, I plan on the same setup as votlin did at his for his build. https://www.homebrewtalk.com/f170/yet-another-ebiab-build-282235/

The best I've seen for wire estimates is for a generic package of parts. I won't be using many of them and the price seems a little steep with possibly too much wire. http://www.theelectricbrewery.com/control-panel-wiring-kit

Can anyone chime in that built a simple panel for pump, pid, element and e stop? Thanks!

I think its hard to say how much you would need without knowing the size of your control box. The best thing to do is probably get your box and layout all of the parts in it and then make an educated guess on how much wire to purchase and add a safety factor you think is reasonable to ensure you have enough.

A couple extra feet of potentially wasted wire is well worth the cost in my mind since it will more than cover my time to run back to the store and have to buy more. I planned on 25% more than I thought I'd need for that reason.
