Specialty malts aside, has anyone brewed both a 50/50 2row/wheat and 40/60 2row/wheat?
I say specialty malts aside, as my bill is going to be about 15% specialty.
Having a hard time deciding on the base ratio though of 2row and wheat.
Thoughts, pros, cons, preferences appreciated.
