So I've been toying with this idea for a little while, and I think I'm about to just pull the trigger and be damned if it fails miserably.

I made a Graff a little while ago (beer + cider) based on the recipe on these forums, and I really liked it. Now, in my crazed mind, my gluten intolerant girlfriend suddenly clicked with a graff and a milk stout.

So here's my plan.

Rice syrup, D-180 syrup, hops, lactose, apple juice.

Who knows how it will turn out, because I doubt it will be good. I just really cant get the idea out of my head and I absolutely HAVE to make it just to see how it turns out.

I'll do a 1 gallon batch of course, because 5 gallons of radioactive horse**** would be a big waste.
 
It will be very light bodied for a stout. Tastes should go together. Maybe throw some lighter candi syrup as well.
