I'm looking to do my first all-grain batch this weekend. I've been doing extract for about 6 months or so now, and have just got the equipment needed to do all grain. Can anyone help me build an all-grain hefe recipe? I'm not looking for anything too crazy just a good german hefe with nice banana/clove flavors. What types of grains should I look into using and at what ratios?

+1 EdWort's Bavarian Hefeweizen is great! Some good advice though: blowoff tube prevents damaged walls/rugs/ceiling with this brew. Wyeast 3068 is explosive.
