I am buying in bulk 2row pale malt, and plan on doing cream
Of three crop. I can only do ales because fermentation temps. What are two or three other recipes y'all recommend using pale malt as a base? Ideally some different styles or flavors (trying to expand my horizons).

Thanks in advance

You could make a American Pale Ale or IPA. Or add some Crystal 60 and some Chocolate Malt and make a Brown Ale. Couple of ideas anyway.

You can do just about anything with US two-row as a base. Maybe not an authentic Belgian triple, but just about anything else you want.

Of course, any American style (amber, pale ale, IPA, brown ale, porter, stout) but many English styles can use it too with a few specialty malts added.

Cream of three crops for sure. I make that one all the time. Haus ale ed warts is very good. Most of the stouts listed are pretty good. Cream milk stout is outstanding.
