Hoping someone has one that does it justice as my first came out too roasty and not enough IBU's. My failed attempt: 8.5 lbs 2row .75 lbs crystal 80L .75 lbs crystal 120L FWH - .5 oz Saaz 60 min - .5 oz Cascade 15 min - .5 oz Saaz Mash Schedule 55C - 15 min 67C - 90 min 76C - 15 min 1054 OG 21 IBU WLP029 - 3 liter starter Pitch/ferment at 63F I'd likely bump up the IBU's and replace the 120 with 100 on my next attempt.

Haven't tried this one yet but I'm a big fan of Alaskan Amber. I believe the book Clone Brews has a recipe for an Alaskan Amber clone also. Let us know how your creation tastes. https://www.homebrewtalk.com/f12/alaskan-amber-clone-31492/
